Services

We provide software consulting, delivery, and related services as described in proposals, statements of work, or contracts.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required information, systems, and stakeholders.
• Designate decision-makers for scope, approvals, and delivery priorities.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, pre-existing intellectual property remains with its owner.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement and to use it only for project delivery purposes.

Liability

Liability limitations, warranties, and indemnities are governed by project-specific contracts.
